Shea Goodness Growth Support Serum

When I first went natural I was really only thinking about trying to grow my hair, I wanted length and that was all I concentrated on. Oh how that has changed! Nowadays I am much more interested in the health of my scalp and hair. So recently I came across a new company called Shea Goodness. In their range they have a product called Growth Support Serum which is a ‘concentrated oil-based topical solution that promotes healthy hair and scalp.

Founder of the company Tola Okogwu, discovered that the growth of her hair was being affected by the scalp condition Seborrheic Dermatitis. In her search for natural remedies she found one that worked and had fantastic results causing her to launch the Shea Goodness Brand.

The Growth Support serum contains a blend of ingredients to sooth a dry and itchy scalp which negatively impact the natural hair growth rate. It is supposed to soothe, soften and stimulate resulting in the ‘optimal environment for healthy hair growth’

The directions for use say ‘apply to the scalp section by section. Gently massage in to evenly distribute the product and leave on for at least 20 mins or overnight if desired, wash out using the shampoo suitable for your hair type’

Its available in two formula’s, Regular (for normal to dry scalp) £7.99 for 30ml or Advanced  (for very dry scalp) £8.99 for 30ml.  On the website they list the key ingredients as: Castor Oil, Sulphur, Shea Oil, Green Tea, Neem Oil, Black Seed Oil and Cinnamon Oil. They also say for maximum results use for a minimum of 4 weeks.
